Ruth Tiedeman Arrangement Trophy
This trophy is named for Ruth Tiedeman of the Illinois/Indiana District, a prominent, early arrangement teacher, exhibitor and promoter of rose arrangements in the ARS.

Awarded to the highest scoring standard size rose arrangement in a special challenge class placed in competition each year at a District show, or one of the larger shows held by an affiliated/chapter club of that District. The trophy will be offered for a special class known by an appropriate title in a competition class and open only to any member of the American Rose Society at the time of competition. The winning entry must score 92 points or higher. The minimum requirements shall be a standard size line-mass arrangement, using two or more types of arranger grown (AG) roses, properly named on the entry tag. Roses must provide the predominant floral interest. A background is suggested.

The ARS Chair of the Arrangements Committee shall approve the wording for competition of the trophy at each competition.
