CLASS 40 Hawaii (1959). A chaplet that may be exhibited flat on the show table, or on a raised frame provided by the exhibitor. This design is a floral circle, halo, or head wreath often created for a wedding or other formal religious ceremony. Design must use fresh roses and can use other fresh flowers and foliage. May be one row of roses, or more, depending on the size of blooms and the amount of other plant material used.
