A $10.00 evaluation fee helps defray the costs and time of evaluating your site four times during the year. The evaluations from the E.Rose Committee will be summarized for each site and the results sent to the Webmaster at the end of the first evaluation period. These evaluations are of value to your society as they will help you further develop your site in a professional manner. ARS is interested in helping you bring in the most viewers you can possibly attract.

The E.Rose Committee will evaluate your site several times during the year. The Chair of the Committee will tally the votes of each committee member and the winner of the Local and District competitions will be notified one week before the Spring National Convention, or at the time the results are released through the American Rose magazine. The winning web site will have it's URL prominently displayed on the top page of the ARS site from the time of the announcement of the award until the end of the quarter.

Should you NOT wish to have the 1st Quarter Report about your site, just type 'n/a' or the numbers '1234' in the fields required for your credit card.
