ALL ABOUT ROSES

English and Other Shrub Roses

This section contains articles about the many different shrub roses, including the introductions from David Austin, an English rose hybridizer. His roses are classified by the American Rose Society as Shrubs and fit into the Modern Shrub classes. Shrub roses are diverse in shape and growing habits, and many are fragrant, or have an "oldfashioned" look about them.

Each of the articles here presents a particular author's ideas and experience with these roses and their growing habits.

If you have questions about english roses, you may e-mail the authors of these articles by clicking on their name at the top of their article, or send e-mail to the E.Rose Committee.
